The EDCOP/Globe Team headed to Botolan, Zambales for their annual team development activities. The learning exercises were carried out through plenary sessions & games focused on critical thinking, change adaptation, innovation, and creativity.
Among others, the activities were aimed to help participants know the importance of good communication skills in strategizing and coordinating as well as teach how responsibilities should be distributed among players, and how significant everyone is in the team. The exercises were mostly done in fun and engaging games that definitely will improve team performance at work.”
