- Bachelor of Science in Architecture, preferably with a PRC license
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including but not limited to architectural design, retrofitting of structures, and aesthetic design of infrastructure projects.
- With knowledge of either AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
Proficiency in architectural design and drafting, knowledge of structural systems and building codes, expertise in retrofitting and renovation of existing structure.
