About the Role

The CAD ENGINEER’s tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to 

• Prepare drawings for civil works and other required specifications.
• Prepares technical drawings, datasheets, and other documents as assigned.
• Collaborate with other disciplines or departments to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
• Maintains and stores CADD drawings efficiently.
• Keeps directory of drawings up to date and documented.
• May be assigned at the project site as needed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the role.

Relevant Experience and Requirements

• College/ University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or its equivalent
• With experience working in the Consulting Industry is an advantage

Beginner to Intermediate Level:

• About 1-5 years of relevant experience in civil works drafting using AutoCAD 
• Good understanding of AutoCAD commands and computer basics

Advance Level:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications, AutoCAD (2D and 3D)

About the Role

The SENIOR CIVIL WORKS ENGINEER/ MODELLER is responsible for planning and design of civil engineering designs across a broad range of infrastructure projects. It will include Civil engineering design in roads, sanitary, and drainage/stormwater projects, management of internal design projects, and preparation of contract documentation for design projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Civil design of the components of the project.
• Define the civil design parameters, codes, and standards specific to the project.
• Provide substantial inputs in the preparation and finalization of the hydropower arrangements.
• Integrate inputs coming from other disciplines.
• Perform site gradings and access road designs.
• Review design drawings and oversee the preparation of detailed design computations. 
• Provide guidance to support designers.
• Prepare design drawings, assessment reports, and presentation materials as needed. 
• Liaise with other disciplines to provide the best solution.
• Attend meetings, site visits/inspections, and respond to Clients as needed.
• Coordinate within the department or with other disciplines to facilitate the production of outputs.
• Occasionally provide technical training as needed for the improvement of process and work execution.

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as some GIS software or application (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, Global Mapper)

About the Role

The HYDROPOWER PLANNER SPECIALIST will have at least 10 years of experience as a hydropower specialist with a minimum academic qualification of a civil or mechanical engineering degree and shall have held significant project management or specialist roles in engineering projects, preferably with involvement in Hydro Power projects.

Responsibilities

The tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide expertise in the planning, design, and documentation of various hydropower projects from concept to construction.
• Prepare the detailed work program and implementation schedule for the project
• Prepare and evaluate a series of alternative arrangements for the system and corresponding components.
• Ensure VEVA processes are implemented.
• Responsible for the assessment of the optimum and viable scheme arrangement.
• Evaluate and confirm estimated energy generation.
• Prepare technical reports and computations.
• Provide high-level advice to the PM/TL/DM as required to ensure adequate coordination between disciplines and/or departments.
• Attend meetings and respond to Client queries as required.
• Occasionally provide technical training as needed for the improvement of drafting and drawing work execution.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the role. 

Relevant Experience and Requirements

• With more than ten (10) years of experience in the design, construction management, and operation of hydropower projects
• BS degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering

The ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF provides support services to the Company particularly in the areas of communications, and coordination of activities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in information dissemination of memoranda and other company notices.
• Receive and screen incoming calls for the project team.
• Consolidate monthly accomplishment reports and billing reports for submission to the Client.
• Prepare requests for cash advances and liquidation.
• Coordinate administrative and financial requirements with the client.  
• Oversee record keeping, i.e., electronic and physical filing of all project documents such as correspondences, reports, reference materials, and others.
• Supports technical and engineering personnel with project duties such as compilation of technical reports, sources of technical documents, information and drawings, and other engineering deliverables.

About the Role

The SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER assists the Lead Engineer or Technical Specialist in activities such as reviewing and checking the design and/or drafting works, implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP), and quality control of the assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the structural design of the components of the project.
• Define structural design parameters, codes, and standards specific to the project.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes.
• Review design drawings and oversee the preparation of detailed design computations. 
• Provide guidance to support designers.
• Liaise with other disciplines to provide the best solution.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and respond to Client’s queries pertaining to hydropower developments.
• Process and final check of drawings, calculation sheets, and 3D models done by engineers, designers, and/or CAD operators, ensuring that all outputs have been reviewed, checked, and verified in accordance with the project specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate within the department or with other disciplines to facilitate the production of drawings outputs.
• Occasionally provide technical training as needed for the improvement of drafting and drawing work execution.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the role.

Relevant Experience and Requirements
