BUS FLEET TECHNICIAN (DIESEL)
Starting Offer: P30,000 (Negotiable)
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- At least 5 years of general working experience on bus fleet operations and management
- Experience in EV fleet operations, preferably with articulated bus systems; familiarity with EV safety standards, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) integration is an advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise factory acceptance testing, on-site performance validation of engines, braking, HVAC, safety features, and ITS integration.
- Review maintenance plans, spare parts provisions, depot readiness, and monitor fault logs for preventive actions.
- Advise on warranty claims, emissions compliance, recurring faults, and recommend upgrades or retrofits based on operational feedbacks.
For Project-Based assignment with 13 months initial contract. Residents of Davao City and neighbouring town/cities is an advantage.
