๐๐๐๐ข๐ฃ in partnership with ๐๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด-๐๐ผ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐, ๐๐ผ., ๐๐๐ฑ., through the Department of Public Works and Highways under the World Bank – IBRD Loan No 9251-PH conducted a Market Outreach at Diamond Hotel, Manila for the ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ธ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ last November 28, 2025.
The event aimed to:
1. Share critical insights on mitigating seismic risks for “The Big One.”
2. Highlight upcoming bidding opportunities for qualified contractors.
3. Evaluate market capacity for ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ-๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐ฒ๐.

EDCOP works to protect public schools and health facilities from “The Big One” through consultancy services on retrofitting assessment and design, and procurement of civil works and equipment.
