Mindanao Sustainable Settlement Area Development Project (MINSSAD)

The Project involves the development of eight agrarian reform community (ARC) settlement areas in Mindanao using an inter-agency approach to ARC development. The Project consists of the following components: ( i ) Community and Cooperative Development; (ii) Agriculture Enhancement and Livelihood; (iii) Crop Development and Soil Conservation; (iv) Marketing Support; (v) Infrastructure and Social Services; (vi) Post-harvest Facilities; and (vii) Project Management and Institution Building. Its general objective is to alleviate poverty and improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries in the settlement areas and ensure viable and sustainable development.
Landbank LGU’s Support Credit Program

The program is in consonance with the following three goals of development assistance:1. Outreach – the program offers technical and financial assistance, and in some areas, provision of guarantee fund, specifically, for co-ops that cannot provide collaterals, thus increasing opportunity for SFF to access credit services of the Bank;2. Capacity Building – the program provides training/ workshops for its identified co-op participants to strengthen their respective capabilities in managing their organization, business and financials; and3. Resource Sharing – partners provide equities to pursue development assistance activities for co-ops.
Mindanao Irrigation Systems (MIS) – Malitubog-Maridagao River Irrigation Project IV, North Cotabato & Maguindanao

Financed by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), the project has completed key irrigation facilities under stage 1 which include a diversion dam, dikes, irrigation and drainage canals, canal structures, farm-t0-market roads, bridges, and other relevant structures.
DAR-ADB Agrarian Reform Communities Project

The project addressed the key constraints to living conditions and income enhancement of the beneficiaries and their communities through a process of participatory needs assessment at the barangay level. The project concept emphasizes a demand-driven approach, local governance, and commitment from and ownership by beneficiaries.
DA / NIA – HELP for Catubig Agricultural Advancement Project

The project aims to alleviate poverty by raising income level of farmers, generate employment opportunities and improve social infrastructures and services of Catubig Valley in Northern Samar. It includes the provision of irrigation and drainage facilities, rural infrastructure improvement, schistosomiasis control, agricultural support services, and institutional development.
Planning & Design Engineering of the Proposed Morong Sanitary Land Fill

The landfill is to initially served as the solid waste disposal facility for Morong and the adjacent municipalities of Teresa, Cardona and Baras in the Province of Rizal and subsequently for the nearby cities and municipalities that are still without a solid waste disposal facility. While the initially identified 4 municipalities have relatively small wastes generation with the present aggregate waste generation not expected to be more than 75 T/day and would require only a Category II Sanitary Landfill, if the nearby big city and municipalities like Antipolo City and Cainta which presently have no waste disposal facility would also dispose their wastes, a higher category landfill at least Category II will be required.
